Norm is a Hard Rock Cafe pin collector.  He has them from all over the world.  In this case, you can see pins from the first Hard Rock (ever) in London.  Looks like there are ones from Toronto, Pittsburgh, Ft. Lauderdale, Key West, New York, Las Vegas and Maui as well.  He has a few cases full of these pins.
